1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Runway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Runway provides an AI career exposure assessment tool. The Service generates scores, benchmarks, and pathways based on your inputs using deterministic algorithms and LLM analysis. Results are informational and should not be treated as professional career, financial, or legal advice.

3. Accounts

You may use Runway without an account for a limited assessment. Creating an account allows you to save results, track progress, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithms beyond what is publicly documented
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

5. Intellectual property

The scoring engine, methodology, role templates, and interface design are proprietary. Your assessment inputs and results belong to you. You may export and share your results freely.

6. Paid features

Some features require a paid subscription, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment scores are generated by algorithms and AI models, and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to career decisions made based on assessment results.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
